Amended

This work reflects a disciplined approach of order and repetition combining fiber and photography to the visual space where educational materials lose their identity and become appropriated imagery which no longer define the original. The manipulation of the physicality of the imagery creates a loss of identity, intended meaning, and questions authorship. It is an ageist approach in a digital era where forms of media images get reused, recycled, and discarded in various ways in which they were never intended, providing an environment which straddles the tangible and the unreal.
